About the Lake Spokane Chamber of Commerce

MISSION STATEMENT:
The Lake Spokane Chamber of Commerce is an association of business people organized to improve our community and specifically to promote the interests of the business community.  The Chamber is an independent, non-profit organization run by an elected board of directors. The Chamber organizes and directs the energy, talent, and money contributed by the members into projects that improve the business climate in our community. The mission of the Chamber is to encourage and promote the interest of the business community by defining and developing programs and services that enhance tourism and economic activity, education and family life for the Greater Lake Spokane Community.

BYLAWS: ARTICLE I - NAME and LOCATION

SECTION 1: Name . This organization is incorporated under the Laws of the State of Washington as a non-profit corporation and shall be known as the LAKE SPOKANE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

SECTION 2: Geographic Location. The Lake Spokane Chamber of Commerce shall mean to include both the areas of Spokane and Stevens counties that surround Lake Spokane. 

SECTION 3: Location. The office(s) of the Lake Spokane Chamber Of Commerce shall be located in the greater Lake Spokane area, an geographic area encompassing both Stevens and Spokane counties, and shall conduct it's affairs within the area served by the business community of the Lake Spokane community.
