Almost every school sponsored club or sport and community or fundraising event has a common sponsor is listed…. Nvest! What or who is Nvest? Five years ago Mike Baumgarden, Real Estate Broker, opened his own real estate company where he brought his 15 years of Real Estate experience to the Suncrest area. With 22 years of living in the Suncrest area and three children that were raised all through the school system, and two more still in school, Mike is an area specialist. With his wife Theresa’s involvement in the schools, he has become very involved in supporting the majority of the schools’ clubs and athletics programs. When new equipment or uniforms are needed, history has shown that Nvest puts a foot forward to help. The school is not the only recipient. As a dedicated resident with community in mind Mike lends a hand in many of the Lake Spokane Area events.

With his assistant also a licensed realtor, Mike and his staff are able to provide prompt listings and showings around your schedule. Each of his listings are listed on the MLS and on his companies personal website where numerous photos of each listing are posted along with virtual tours for many of his listings. He didn’t start this business to become a big company, with numerous employees that would take his focus off the customer. His vision from the beginning was to be able to list and sell homes providing the best possible service with flexibility and creativity.
Under the Nvest name Mike also offers property management services again by licensed personnel. And about a year ago Signature Capital, a full service mortgage company, was added to the Nvest list of services, making Nvest YOUR one stop shop for all of your real estate needs.
As a local business owner, Mike networks within the community by using and recommending other local services such as, handymen. He is also a member of the Lake Spokane Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau and a Lifetime Booster at Lakeside High School. It’s the people of the Suncrest/Nine Mile Falls area that have made it possible for Nvest to be able to support and sponsor so many community events.
